The Copacabana Palace (a very traditional hotel in Rio) has just opened a new space: The Library.
The old lobby of the annex has become a super elegant and exclusive room for breakfast, meetings or special dinners for small get-togethers. Reminiscent of an English library, filled with art books and wooden furniture that match the original mahogany walls, the name could not be more suitable.
The menu was created by the Italian chef Luca Orini, who was the head chef at restaurant Ciprianni. One of the highlights is the taleggio cheese pasta with sesame truffles and mushrooms. It's beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.
I cannot wait to go back to The Library, which is all set to become one of the trendiest places in Rio.
