Carlo & Camilla in Milan, the duo’s long-awaited culinary project which has finally come to fruition Newly opened, the restaurant is located inside an abandoned sawmill that dates back to 1930. Tanja has given it a super minimalist and spacious feel, withexposed brick walls and burnt cement. The lighting comes from chandeliers and candles. The result is jaw-dropping.
In the centre of the room, two rectangular tables intersect forming a cross with 65 seats. On the menu, the best Italian classics are revisited. The appetizers and drinks are also well worth a mention.
