The traditional macaron brand Ladurée is going to attract crowds of sun-seeking New Yorkers this summer. The branch on West Broadway has just opened and its terrace provides the perfect setting for a meal in the open air. The menu is surprising, as it goes well beyond sweets: omelettes, salads and duck foie gras are available for lunch and dinner. The drinks, designed specifically for the store, are also a highlight.

However, it’s the attention to detail, such as the marble floor and the painting of a sunset on the ceiling, that will make you really fall in love with Soho’s Ladurée.
