The Russian Spring is a delight - without doubt, it’s the best time to visit the country. If you’re passing through Moscow, the Vogue Café is not to be missed.

The first restaurant founded by the Condé Nast Network is celebrating its eleventh birthday this month, and it has prepared a special menu for the occasion. The menu was developed by the chef Gary Robinson, who has cooked for the British Royal Family.

The menu follows the restaurant’s healthy and sustainable ethos: beet salad with olive oil and orange sherry to start, salmon, lobster, cauliflower and Chinese cabbage as the main dish, and raspberry and strawberry crumble for dessert.
