Many times our body cannot eliminate the toxins we absorb on own. Besides detoxing our diets, a bath is one of the easiest ways to flush out bodily toxins. It also helps with stress and improves sleep. And I must say, is there anything better than a nice, hot bath? 

Below we teach you all you need for your detox bath. We guarantee clean skin, hair and insides! 

1. Fill the bathtub with hot water - as hot as you can endure. It is important to make your body sweat. 

2. If your bath water is not filtered, add 1 cup of baking soda to the bath, as this helps to neutralize chemicals, specially chlorine. 

3. Add 5-10 drops of essential oil (I love lavender!) in 1 cup of water filled with sea salt. Add the mixture to the bath. 

4. Soak in water up to your neck. Let your whole body underwater for 20 minutes. Close your eyes and do some breathing exercises.
