Needless to say, it is essential to drink water, if possible 2 litres or more per day. However, the humble glass of water can become monotonous. That's why I love to add a few special ingredients. Not only does it taste good, but there are also health benefits. Here are two recipes:


  1. Kiwi + coconut 

Kiwi may be a fruit, but it has the same benefits as green plants because of their alkalizing power. Coconut water is super hydrating and gives a sweetness to water.


     2.  Orange + lemon + cucumber

The citrus of the lemon and orange is balanced out by the cucumber. The mix provides a dose of vitamin C, while the cucumber helps with bloating. The chopped fruit can be reused: just fill the jar with more water – throughout the day, preferably.
