1. Oil Pulling
Maybe you've never heard of "oil pulling", but it is a very ancient Indian practice in which you swish a high quality oil (such as organic and unprocessed coconut oil) around in your mouth for 20 minutes. In addition to the oral benefits - such as tooth whitening and oral disease prevention - some believe the process removes toxins from the entire body.
2. Dry Brushing
Before getting into the bath, brush your skin in large movements, always towards the heart. This promises healthier skin with a reduced appearance of cellulite, and also aids digestion. Dry brushing stimulates the lymphatic and circulatory system, helping to remove toxins faster.
