After exhibits on the work of Alexander McQueen, Prada and the influence of the punk fashion movement, the Anglo-American designer, Charles James, is being honored again by the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum.

"Charles James: Beyond Fashion" will explore the entire creative process of the designer, from his fascination with the construction of garments based on Physics and Mathematics, to the designer's friendship with photographer Cecil Beaton, as well as showing the most fabulous dresses that belonged to socialites such as Milicent Rogers and Hearst Austrine.

The exhibition will open on 08/05 and will go on until 10/08. It's worth remembering that the opening is celebrated at the super Met Ball.
