Those who know a bit about the Prada store in the artistically-inclined small town of Marfa, Texas, should already know about all the confusion that went on there. Local authorities threatened to close down the store for false advertising (since it does not sell any products- although it looks exactly like any other Prada store).
Thanks to the fashionista gods, our dear Miuccia Prada got a reprieve. The store has just been declared a museum, which grants it the right to remain open (after all, anything from Prada is in fact a work of art). The store's initial purpose (which was only to exhibit Prada products in an artistic and conceptual form) remains intact. Amen!
