The work of model Verushcka, famed for her breathtakingly long legs and lips that would make even Cupid blush, is to be celebrated in a new book and exhibition.

The model, famously described as “The Girl Everyone Stares At” on the cover of Life magazine in 1967 and declared to be ‘the most beautiful woman in the world’ by Richard Avedon in 1972, is the subject of the exhibition ''From Vera to Veruschka: The Unseen Photographs by Johnny Moncada''.

On display in Somerset House until Junes 1st, the show brings together previously unpublished photos of the model taken by the photographer Johnny Moncada. The resulting collection has been made into a book of the same title.
