Paulette Tavormina has always been fascinated by the paintings of the old masters of the 17th century. She is particularly passionate about the stories that these works tell about wealth, the fragility of love and life, and the passage of time and, with it, beauty. So much so that the essence of these paintings encouraged Paulette to create her own interpretations of flora and fauna through photographs.
I'm in love with the pictures from the Natura Morta series, in which we see universal and timeless stories, told from the point of view of the artist. A contemporary reinterpretation of the classic still life, these photographs are as beautiful as the works that inspired them.
