We try, but sometimes we cannot resist sweet things. When the cravings hit, why not go for a more healthy option? A solution for chocoholics is this diet chocolate mousse. Believe it or not, it has the texture of a traditional dessert, but contains less sugar – plus, it’s super easy to prepare. Enjoy – without guilt!
- 1 can of diet cream
- 1 can of diet condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 envelope of colourless gelatin
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
- 30g of grated diet chocolate
Blend together the cream, condensed milk, cocoa and gelatin, which must be hydrated and dissolved in water. Beat the egg whites and then add the sweetener and the chocolate, without beating everything together. Place the mousse in a container and freeze it. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
