I am crazy about ceviche, the Peruvian dish that, besides being healthy, is super delicious.
Since all the fish and seafood in ceviches is raw, only lightly seasoned with lime, this recipe is one of the easiest to make. Below is a recipe for a fish and octopus ceviche. Fast and fresh!
400g of white fish
100g of octopus
1 purple onion, finely chopped
Clean the fish, making sure no skin or bones are left. Cut into cubes with a good knife and place in a bowl. Add the chopped onion. Wash the octopus and cut into pieces. Mix everything in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Pour over the lime juice, mix well and serve. Don't let it marinate, to prevent the fish from cooking.
